Shackleton Estate is proud to announce the launch of its new Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Boutique Olive Oil range. Made from locally sourced produce the new olive oils are not to be missed. Olives are grown at our own Margaret River based organic olive grove consisting of four different varieties of olives. These olives are used solely for the production of our new olive oil range where they are hand-picked and cold pressed on site within hours of picking to bring you the finest quality in olive oil.

We at Shackleton Estate are also proud to present you with the new infusion range of olive oils. Including garlic, blood orange, lime, chilli and vanilla infused olive oils. Each of these products have been years in the making and Shackleton Estate is excited to be sharing the experience of infused olive oil with you. Visitors from around the world will discover how soil, climate, tradition and passion combine to create world-class products and signature olive oils.
