Honey Mead Liqueur

Shackleton Estate Fine Meads are produced onsite at our fermenting facilities using unprocessed honey sourced from across Western Australia to ensure the best product reaches you. We currently offer the sweetest of Honey Liqueur Meads and are looking into extending our meads range.

Shackleton Estate Honey Liqueur is our sweetest offering to our visitors. It is liquid gold, made with only premium honey, sweetened with honeys from our Shackleton Estate Honey Range and fortified with brandy spirit. Spending six months in French Oak gives the liqueur a smooth and round flavour, with a velvety nose and longer palate.  This delicious liqueur has a lingering aftertaste that makes this mead such a wonderful drinking experience. Our Honey Liqueur is one of the family’s favourites to enjoy with rich desserts or as a sweet after dinner drink. The Honey Liqueur Mead is capable of being drunk immediately or can be cellared for years.
